Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing 3060, registering, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between 3060 and the user.
These Terms apply only to individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 3060 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any such update will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Account Creation & Security
To create an account on 3060, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are liable for all activity carried out under your account. Identity verification (KYC) may be required at the time of registration. If your National ID or passport details are requested, you must provide them accurately.
If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the 3060 support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
As a 3060 platform user, you are required to refrain from the following activities:
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Interfering with the platform's systems or security.
- Using the platform for fraud, deception, or gaining unfair advantage.
- Using bots, scripts, or automation tools.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
- Creating an account or claiming bonuses using false information.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, and legal action may be taken where applicable.
Payment & Transaction Rules
All transactions on 3060 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are set in the Cashier section.
Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals. Applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. 3060 reserves the right to void any transaction if there is evidence that deposited funds have been used for fraudulent purposes.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking system. 3060 is not responsible for transaction delays caused by technical errors, but will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Platform Usage Rules & Limitations of Liability
3060 strives to ensure maximum platform availability, but cannot be held liable for temporary outages caused by maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen events.
3060 shall not be held liable for the following:
- Financial losses incurred by the user due to platform unavailability.
- Errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
- Account issues resulting from the user's own negligence or use of an insecure password.
- Transactions that fail to complete due to internet connectivity issues.
Game outcomes are determined by random algorithms and no result is predetermined. The risk of winning or losing in any game rests entirely with the user.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
3060 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Evidence of Terms violations or fraudulent activity.
- Operating an account with false or inaccurate information.
- Creating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
- Instructions from legal authorities or court orders.
- Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be deactivated.
Users may also request account closure at any time. Any valid balance remaining will be settled in accordance with the standard process.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 3060 platform — including logos, designs, software, graphics, text, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3060. Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
The 3060 platform may include integrations with third-party game providers, payment processors, or other services. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. 3060 is not responsible for the actions or content of any third party.
Users who choose to use third-party services are solely responsible for reading and understanding the relevant terms and conditions.
Changes to Applicable Laws & Terms
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be settled in Bangladeshi courts. In the event of a disagreement between a user and 3060, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication.
3060 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
